Chicken Pita Pockets - Appetizers (Non-Veg)

Ingredients
 
  • 3 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons sun-dried tomatoes
  • 2 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 cup grilled chicken strips fully cooked
  • 2 Roma tomatoes (chopped) in cubes
  • 1/3 cup shredded Asiago Cheese
  • 6 Pitas pockets
  • 4 cups Baby Greens
  • ½ Onion (chopped)
  • ¼ cup chopped basil
 
Method
 
  • In a large bowl, combine the Balsamic Vinegar, sun-dried tomatoes, olive oil, and garlic.
  • To this mixture, add the Asiago cheese, onions, basil, tomatoes, and chicken.
  • Slightly heat the pita halves on the stove, and then line with the baby greens. Add a few spoons of the prepared mixture evenly to the pita halves. Serve immediately.
