Ingredients |

- 3 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 2 tablespoons sun-dried tomatoes
- 2 Garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cup grilled chicken strips fully cooked
- 2 Roma tomatoes (chopped) in cubes
- 1/3 cup shredded Asiago Cheese
- 6 Pitas pockets
- 4 cups Baby Greens
- ½ Onion (chopped)
- ¼ cup chopped basil

Method |
|
- In a large bowl, combine the Balsamic Vinegar, sun-dried tomatoes, olive oil, and garlic.
- To this mixture, add the Asiago cheese, onions, basil, tomatoes, and chicken.
- Slightly heat the pita halves on the stove, and then line with the baby greens. Add a few spoons of the prepared mixture evenly to the pita halves. Serve immediately.
